Accreditation Services

Our EVENTUZ accreditation software module provides all the accrediation tools you need. However, you still need people who print/hand-out accreditation passes to your visitors, or who register new visitors. If you don't have the right people or experience, we can offer these accreditation services to you:

• Layout & Design of Accreditation Passes
• Consulting on Accrediation Procedures and Security Aspects
• Checking & Hand-out of Accreditations at the event
• Registration of new, un-registered Visitors
• Provision of Accreditation Equipment (empty, pre-printed accreditation passes, printing & lamination hardware, etc)

GPS-Tracking

For some events, the spectators as well as the Organizers would like to know where the event participants/competitors currently are. For example, for the FEI World Endurance Championship 2008, there are about 150 riders on horses riding 160km throughout the night! How do you know where they are? What is the current position/standing of your favourite competitor? How do you find the competitors if they get lost somewhere?

The answer is GPS Tracking. Each rider is equiped with a small box which transmit its GPS location constantly to our servers. Our software captures each competitor's position and shows the location on a statelite map in real time. And our software is all web based. That means the Organizer, a spectator or a fan on the side of the earth can watch how a competitors moves across the map!

In addition, of cource we can also show event-related rankings and statistics such as :

• Current ranking with details of competitor,
• current distance travelled,
• current speed / averge speed / max or min speed,
• expected time of arrival,
• and much more...
