Registration Module

Every event requires someone to register for something. The exhibitors need to register their company, visitors need to register for tickets, the media needs to register for their media pass, and and and...

Our Registration Module allows any type of registration you may need. From simple name registrations to highly complex, three-stage registration and approval processes with given deadlines.

Our backend registration data management system provides full, restricted or controled access of the registration data to specific groups within your event organizsation. For exmaple, you may grant view access of the persons' details to your appointed Travel Agent who is responsible for making flight bookings for your event participants.

For registration fees, our Registration Module can be linked to our Payment Module (online credit card payment). This will ensure prompt and effortless payment for the participants as well as for the Organizer.

Our Report Print and Export functions enable the Event Organizer to be fully in control of all data.

Flight Booking Module

For many international events, the Event Organizer needs to know when the participants arrive. Some participants may also be invited, hence, the flight ticket is paid by the Organizer. Our Flight Ticket Booking module enables the event participants to work closely with the Travel Agent. For example, your partcipants can submit their preferred flight dates, then the Travel Agent will try to book those flights and enter the flight details which the participants need to confirm again.

The key advantage is that the Organizer is able to outsource the entire flight booking tasks to a Travel Agent whereby the Organizer can view all up-to-date flight details at any time.

Hotel Booking Module

Most events require accomodation for your event participants. Often the number of overnight staying participants is quite high which causes a lot of admin work to the Event Organizer. Our Hotel Booking module will take that work load away from the Organizer.

Event participants can choose their preferred dates from a pre-defined list and the number of night stays can be restricted. The Event Organizer's appointed Travel Agent can view those preferred dates and arrange for the bookings accordingly whereby the hotel list can also be pre-defined by the Organizer.

The entire hotel booking process is outsourced to a Travel Agent and the Organizer can always view all hotel bookings at any point in time.

Accreditation Module

Our Accreditation Module enables the Event Organizer to easily manage all event participants including their access to the event venue.

• Create access zones (Main Hall, VIP Lounge, Media Room, Food Corner, etc.)
• Allow default access to those zones for each user group
• Designed and Pre-printed Accreditation passes with lanyard, etc
• Administer all users and accrediation details
• Print user's accreditation details onto each accreditation pass

Our Accreditation Module can be linked to our Registration Module. Therefore the Event Organizer does not need to enter all the participant's details again. The Organizer is even able to automize the process by converting all or selected registered participants to accreditation holders.

Ticketing Module

The Ticketing Module enables event participants to purchase tickets.

• Create different ticket classes
• Create a seating plan for your venue and assign ticket classes to your seating plan (can be edited online by the Event Organizer though our easy-to-use graphical user interface)
• Add tickets to your Shopping Kart and Check-Out
• Can be linked to Payment Module
• Can be linked to Registration Module
